Do I need to fill out an application?
Yes. Each adult (18 yrs and older) who will be living in the household will need to fill out and submit an application. The application must be filled out completely in order to be reviewed by the Landlord. The application can be downloaded from our home page.
Is there an application fee?
No. There is no cost for any part of the application process
I see that you do not allow pets. Is there any exception to that?
The Landlord has a strict no-pet policy that is non-negotiable. The only exception that is made is for medical animals, such as seeing eye dogs.
Do you require a year lease to rent your properties?
In most cases we require a lease. Should you decide not to renew your lease we would require a 30-day written notice.
What if I have a maintenance emergency in the middle of the night? Who do I contact?
We are proud to have on our team Property Manager Phil LaRoche who is available after hours in emergency situations only. Any other maintenance issues should be directed only to our main office.
Do you accept Section 8 Housing assistance?
Yes. You will be required to fill out one of our applications and submit it to the Landlord for review. Upon approval, you will be contacted by our office to notify your Housing Agent to begin the Lease process.
Where do I pay my rent and what forms of payment do you accept?
You can mail your payment to our PO Box 372, Madison, NH 03849. We accept cash, check or money order. Unfortunately we are unable to accept debit or credit card payments at this time.
